Who we are

SAND SEEDS LTD (company number 16686706) is responsible for personal information handled through this website and company enquiries. Registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, England, IP28 7DE.

When you contact us

Email links open your email application; clicking a link does not send a message. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments. We use these to answer your enquiry and manage follow-up correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to company and product enquiries; where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we process the necessary information for that purpose. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Browser preferences and analytics

This website does not load Google Analytics, OpenPanel or Plausible visitor analytics. We use browser local storage to remember your selected language and theme, and whether the introductory typing animation has already played. These values are not sent to us by the preference feature and are not advertising identifiers. They remain in your browser until you clear site data or your browser removes them. Clearing site data resets these preferences.

Technical data and service providers

Website hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times to deliver pages, maintain security and investigate errors. This is separate from visitor analytics. Our contact mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail), which processes correspondence to provide email delivery and storage. Hosting and email providers may process data in countries outside the UK. Contact us for details about the providers and safeguards relevant to your information. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

How long information is kept

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and its follow-up, taking account of any ongoing relationship, dispute or applicable record-keeping obligation. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted. Technical log retention depends on the hosting service and its configuration. You can ask us about the retention of a particular enquiry or request deletion.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email below. Future apps may have their own privacy notices; this notice covers this company website.
